Meet Yu Jiang (YuJi) Director of the Parent Education Department
Background:
YuJi is the Director of the Parent Education Department for FamilyKind. She is an NYSPEP certified parenting educator in New York, a licensed Parent and Family Educator in Minnesota, a council member of the National Parent Educator Network (NPEN), and an active member of the Parent Educator Practice Committee (PEPC). She holds a B.A. in Parent and Family Education and an M.A. in Educational Leadership from Concordia University, St. Paul, MN.
YuJi believes parenting education is key to strengthening families in building a nourishing environment for their children’s healthy development and breaking the cycle of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs).
